SITTING (IN SILENCE)

REVIEWS

‘At its’ best, it’ll save lives’

‘Brilliantly funny, unexpectedly poignant, utterly heartbreaking’ - Broken silence Theatre

‘A sledgehammer to the heart’ - The Kiln Theatre

  • The play

Written by Kitty Falcon on The Kiln theatre’s Listen Local Young Writer’s Programme, this is a tragi-comedy exploring suicide, grief and the connection between a Father and Daughter. I was delighted to bring this script to life as a director with a connection to this story.

  • Community outreach

Myself and Kitty were the first women to attend a Dad La Soul event in Brighton, a charity that supports isolated Dads. We were delighted to welcome them to one of our sold-out shows.

  • Brighton Fringe

Selling over 400 tickets and a sell-out last weekend, we were thrilled to win the Community award from Mid-Street Lab and the Emerging Artist award from Farnham Maltings. We are in pre-production for Edinburgh Fringe 2026!
