Face
A poignant exploration of love, timing, and the silent pressure of the biological clock, this is a story about what we sacrifice for the life we think we want - and whether some people are ever truly left behind.
We were so overjoyed at the success and reaction to the play that we were programmed to perform a staged reading as part of The Glitch festival in Southwark, London, in May 2025. We decided we would do a new draft of the play, give it a new name, Baby Steps. We are continuing to develop the script and make connections with theatres.
FACE - 5 stars- RATED REVIEWED
‘Isabelle Tyner’s slick direction allows for the two actors to seamlessly switch into various roles throughout the show- not through changing their appearance, just solely utilising a yellow cloth to signify the changing of each scene, making it abundantly clear of a timeline or character shift. The pacing perfect.’
